Cottrell Trailers

This premier manufacturing project was a fast-paced project driven by the Paint Structure’s delivery date.  PCM was responsible for providing and installing 1,000 tons of DX RTUs over the Assembly Areas and large tonnage Make-up Air Units for Cottrell’s painting process.  Nearly 30,000 feet of aluminum compressed pipe serves 200+ work stations and hose reels.  A natural gas system with over 7,000 feet of gas piping serves as a means for heating the building and also services the numerous paint ovens.  The entire facility is monitored and controlled by a central BMS system.
