Woodland Elementary School

Woodland ES is the second largest Elementary School in Greenville County, SC. This multi-phase renovation and addition to the school over 15 months highlighted Paulson-Cheek’s ability to meet and exceed demanding project schedules, provide creative solutions, and high-quality workmanship. The 120,000 square foot renovation included replacement of the HVAC equipment throughout the building including (104) VAV’s with hot water re-heat, (10) DX RTU’s, (2) Heating Water Boilers, and (4) Hydronic Pumps.  Additionally, a 40,000 square foot wing was added to the school featuring Classrooms, Gymnasium, and Music learning spaces served by (2) DX RTU’s, and (29) Terminal Units with hot water re-heat. The new comfort cooling system will serve approximately 1,500 students annually.
