P&G Distribution Center

Due to our ability to perform this project in a Design/Build role, PCM was able to successfully deliver this key distribution center during the peak of COVID and supply chain challenges.  This LEED certified project contained a wide spectrum of mechanical systems.  Two large Intellipak VAV RTUs serve the main Office with terminal units while the balance of the 1.7 million square foot warehouse is divided into seven separate areas.  Approximately 1.1 million square feet of the warehouse is heated and ventilated with 100% outside air gas fired heaters, louvers, and roof exhaust fans; and two areas totaling approximately 660,000 square feet are conditioned with over 600 tons of chilled water air rotation units provided by two air cooled chillers.  Four compressed air systems serve dock doors and packaging processes.  The BMS system controls and monitors all mechanical systems, including MDF/Server Rooms, and also provides control over the facility’s lighting systems.
